GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 6, 2009 –The Michigan After School Partnership recently awarded Rockford Construction (Rockford) with the “Champions of After School” award for leadership and fundraising work on the Expanding Learning Opportunities (ELO) Network which ensures quality after-school programs exist for children in the Grand Rapids Public Schools.

The Grand Rapids City Commission also recognized Rockford for its work with the ELO Network.
