In addition to his membership on the Rockford Construction Board of Directors, Michael is a founding partner and President of Rockford Development Group. He has worked in real estate development since the company was formed in 1993, specializing in new and renovated office buildings, and institutional, medical, multi-family and industrial properties.

As Chief Financial Officer for Rockford Companies, Julie is fiscally responsible for all activities and arrangements contributing to the overall financial success of the corporation. A lawyer since 1978, Kurt began representing Rockford Construction on legal matters in 1988 with particular emphasis on zoning, municipal and real estate issues. He joined as Rockford Construction’s general counsel in 1995 and became Chief Operating Officer in 1997. Kurt is a member of Rockford Development Group and engaged in development and renovation initiatives.

Since joining Rockford as a Superintendent in 1994, Dan now serves as Vice President of Operations. His leadership guides the firm’s relationships with employees, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. His work with associations such as the Better Business Bureau and Re-Entry Employment Resource Center support Rockford’s strong corporate citizenship.

Tapping into his experience with two such retailers prior to joining Rockford Construction, Tom has been instrumental in fine-tuning the company’s approach to retail and client satisfaction. Norm is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Rockford Construction. As such, Norm provides vision and direction to the company’s preconstruction and business development efforts. Norm serves on many community and non-profit boards, associations, and committees. In addition, Norm created and runs a mentoring program to serve and encourage many local, minority-owned subcontractors as an integral part of Rockford Construction’s diversity plan.
