Project Details
Rockford completed construction of the Bay Park Plaza mixed-use development in Traverse City, Michigan in August 2006. Within the shell and core construction included the build out of anchor tenant, Plante & Moran’s office space. The 53,000 sq. ft., two-story mixed-use complex features an attached three-story parking garage and a direct view of the Traverse City Bay from Front Street. There are a total of 10 office spaces built out within the development.
Rockford partnered with Bay Park Development, LLC, who owns the building, and North Shore Construction & Development on the project. Rockford served as the Construction Manager.
