Rockford completed this 55,000 sq. ft. project for Fifth Third Bank in 2007. This included a structural concrete roof, topped with waterproofing coating, and a concrete topping which served as a public walk way with landscaping planters. The space below the construction site was occupied with a vault, cash count area, public bank, offices, and main conference room.
