This mixed-use development in East Grand Rapids consists of 85,690 sq. ft. of retail space, restaurants, offices, medical offices, and a bank. The main entrance features a water fountain that can be shut down and used as a community gathering area for outdoor activities.
The project also included repairing the parking ramp and making an exit out of the south end from both levels. From an inviting architectural streetscape offering the appeal of cobblestone paths, outdoor sculptures, and charming plaza area to the safety and convenience of snowmelt for pedestrians, the Gaslight Village development is unlike anything in West Michigan.
