Project Details
70 Ionia is the first Class A office space to be built in downtown Grand Rapids in 15 years. This 40,000 sq. ft. building is the site of the former Milner Hotel. The innovative design of 70 Ionia features a glass sculpture on the front of the building which may be illuminated at night, adding a new landmark to the Arena District.
The building was among the first to seek certification for both core and shell and commercial interiors according to the U.S. Green Building Council’s requirements for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).
We have found Rockford Construction to have a similar business model to ours. Rockford has provided our designers with quality service from conceptual design to the start-up phase of projects.
