Project Details
The third phase of student housing for Davenport University’s W.A. Lettinga Campus began in 2008. Rockford completed construction for the 2009-2010 school year, for students to move in in August.
The housing facility features 300 four-bedroom suites and a common dining facility. Social and study areas were also included in the plans.
