Project Details
Rockford historically renovated the Warren Hall building for Grand Rapids Community College in 2010. Warren Hall houses levels of offices for several departments, while the first floor features historical space such as a dining room and sitting room for events and meetings.
Rockford preserved and restored many of the original features of the 108 year old building, including the brick and wood. The east entry was restored to look like the building’s original entry. An elevator was added to bring the building up to ADA compliance.
