Project Details
Davenport University’s new facility in Livonia is three stories and 40,000 sq. ft. It is used for academic functions and feature classrooms, informal study areas, break-out space and labs.
The entire two-acre site, including the building, is owned by Rockford Development Group. Davenport University has signed a long-term lease with Rockford Development Group. This facility is Davenport University’s primary academic site for the Southeast Michigan area.
