This Project included a 55,000 sq. ft. renovation and a 22,000 sq. ft. addition of an existing 100-year-old building. Included in the downtown center is the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services.

The building features state-of-the-art meeting rooms with internet access, audiovisual technology, and interactive video conferencing. Also included in the new facility is a Grand Hall and Commons with banquet seating accommodating more than 400 guests.
