As developer and construction manager, Rockford Companies built Kalexsyn’s headquarters in 2007. The building is located in Western Michigan University’s Business Technology and Research (BTR) Park.
The medicinal chemistry contract research firm signed a lease-back contract with Rockford Companies to construct a new single-story, 20,000 sq. ft. facility to support its current operation and provide additional space for future growth. The new facility features state-of-the-art mechanical and technology systems to accommodate the specialized requirements of the industry. The building sits on a three-acre site previously owned by Western Michigan University in the BTR Park.
