Project Details
Rockford Construction was selected to help Chase Farms solve its frozen food storage problems. The company was outsourcing its frozen product to off-site storage facilities and wanted the capacity to contain operations at a central location. This project included:
Phase One
• 111,500 sq. ft., minus 10 degree freezer
• 8,000 sq. ft. temperature controlled dock
• 3,200 sq. ft. office space
• 5 overhead doors and 1 grade level receiving door
• 44-foot ceiling with double tier 4-high racking system
Phase Two
• 100,000 sq. ft. minus 10 ddegree freezer
• 24,000 sq. ft. repack facililty
