Project Details
Rockford recently completed a Hyatt Place in Wyoming, Michigan. This project included architectural concrete, meeting spaces, locker areas, and an indoor pool. The project began in January 2008 and just celebrated its soft opening in January 2009.
The 113 unit hotel was constructed with block and precast and complimented by high-end finishes. The hotel will met the United State’s Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) in 2009.
Oxford Development Group would like to thank you and your team for your valuable contributions to the Hyatt Place Grand Rapids South project. I want to commend you for Rockford’s commitment to meeting a very challenging project schedule. Although the schedule demands were significant, the project team maintained its focus on quality. The result is a building of which we can all be proud.
