Project Details
Rockford worked with Dwelling Place to renovate a downtown building into permanent supportive housing. The project required interior demolition of the existing two-story building, renovation of the interior and a small building addition. Completed in 2010, the project features 16 new apartments and has received LEED certification at the highest level, platinum.
