O’Charley’s

Project Details

Rockford Construction completed Michigan’s first O’Charley’s restaurant for Meritage Hospitality Group, Inc., in August 2004. O’Charley’s operates 241 casual dining restaurants in 16 southeast and midwest states.

The prototype O’Charley’s is around 6,000 sq. ft. and accommodates up to 250 diners. The interiors feature hand-painted murals of local interest, interior arches with stone veneer, crown coping out of custom sheet metal, and extensive landscaping.

This is really the culmination of two years of effort. We are thrilled to be underway and to have Rockford as the Construction Manager for the rollout of O’Charley’s in Michigan.
