Project Details

To date, Rockford Construction has constructed more than 435 stores in 16 states for this retail chain. Our Family Video Team is a dedicated group of individuals who go the distance to ensure the common goal of quality buildings and timely schedules.

The building design features a split-face block and wood trussed facility with a characteristic green steel roof and a structural glass block tower. Also added to the design in 2007 is a new “Texas Style “ prototype.

Recently, Family Video has been carving out 1,200 to 1,500 sq. ft. of their existing stores to accommodate various tenants such as Papa Murphy’s, Cash Advance, and Little Ceasar’s. Rockford Construction has performed the tenant fit-outs for these retailers, also.
