Leo’s Restaurant

Summary

Project Details

Leo’s restaurant opened in May 2004 to rave reviews. Located at 60 Ottawa Avenue in the ground floor of the Monroe Center II Parking Structure, this 270-seat establishment offers diners the convenience of entering from the parking ramp.

The elegant restaurant interior features alder trim and wainscoting, texturized wall treatments, bronze coated railings, and hand painted murals. Particularly striking are the architectural discs suspended from the ceiling, which are illuminated by track lighting. The bar area floor is made from Brazilian cherry and the bar surface is granite.

“Amy and I are ecstatic about the way this project turned out. Working with the Rockford Construction and Design Plus team ensured that our ideas and concerns were addressed throughout the project. The on-site supervision and communication were key in meeting our aggressive schedule—87 days from start to finish!”
