Project Details
The Melting Pot, located in the Main Street Business Center, was completed by Rockford Construction in 2005. This high-end restaurant features custom wood-work throughout the interior, granite table and counter tops, and an attractive entrance with ample natural light. This is the first Melting Pot built in West Michigan. Rockford Construction performed this tenant fit-out under the site limitations of the Business Center, such as vaulted ceilings, that are not ordinarily in the design plans for the restaurant chain.
As the country’s largest fondue restaurant chain, The Melting Pot has more than 85 corporate-owned and franchised locations nationwide. This new restaurant in Grand Rapids is West Michigan’s and Rockford Construction’s first project with this franchise owner.
An additional Melting Pot restaurant was built in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in 2007.
