Project Details
In 2008, Rockford completed a second project for Nucraft Furniture Company. The project involved renovation of the existing office portion of the facility along with a 6,000 sq. ft. addition.
The project achieved silver-level LEED certification for commercial interiors. LEED components included installation of white roofing membrane for energy efficiency, carpooling-dedicated parking, stormwater collection systems, and the use of recycled products in the renovation/addition. More than 85% of all construction waste was diverted from landfills through recycling and re-use.
I was very comfortable with the communication between your company and ours throughout the project. This allowed us to avoid many issues that come up in a renovation, get the most value, and stay on schedule. Your on site team is top notch, professional, and very knowledgeable. What was very important to me was how good communicators they are and how they worked so well with my team. I look forward to showing off our space to our customers and the community.
