Project Details

Rockford Construction built an addition of 27,000 sq. ft. and renovated 15,000 sq. ft. for network180. The addition allows the organization to consolidate all of their employees to one location, along with providing space for network180’s access center which evaluates individuals with various substances abuse and mental illness issues. There is space for the various clinicians, help line, doctors, nurses, executive staff, and administrative support.

Both the addition and renovation are built to LEED standards and network180 plans to submit for certification. The project also included installation of new mechanical systems, to allow the building to be removed off of the present county-supplied steam and chiller units, therefore making network180’s systems much more efficient.

We have been extremely pleased with Rockford’s performance related to safety, adherence to schedule, communication, quality of workmanship, on-site supervision, attention to detail, and price. Rockford provided significant leadership to us during the process, while at the same time listening and incorporating our ideas and concerns in the design and build process. It is with great satisfaction that at the end of this project we continue to view Rockford as our partner in this building.
